Terry was born in Monmouth Illinois , the birthplace of the legendary Marshall Wyatt Earp (Terry is a third generation descendant). He served in the U.S. Navy as a S A R (Search and Rescue) helicopter crewman during the Vietnam Era. His desire to help others was evident even then. Unfortunately, Terry walked a path headed for destruction until he made a conscious decision to change by receiving wise counsel. Terry graduated from Carl Sandburg Junior College in Galesburg , Illinois in 1979 where he was awarded “Who’s Who” among American Junior College Students and where he discovered his passion for writing. He then graduated from Western Illinois University .
An inspirational journey of self-examination and a search for truth. In sharing my personal stories of struggle, perseverance and a plan for victory, I hope to encourage others to be resolute in moving forward through even difficult times. Perseverance will produce victory in our lives when we choose the right path. "Today is the most important day of your life. What choices will you make to build a better tomorrow?"

Thanks for sharing. We all have these thoughts about our memories, dreams, and plans coupled with our mistakes and what we would do differently. You put these feelings into words we can all relate to.
